RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day Return // Exchange policy on all products, starting on the date the order is delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a Return // Exchange the product needs to be in a new, unused, unwashed condition with original hangtags attached.  Please note that once tags are removed, your purchase is no longer eligible for exchange or refunds. We can’t, for example, accept a return of an item that smells, stained, shows signs of being worn or washed, and has a wear and tear type of damages. We only Return // Exchange products purchased from Conscious Convergence  website. If item(s) are purchased through a 3rd party vendor then Return // Exchange must be completed through them.
  

EXCHANGES

Due to the fact that all of our products are HAND MADE, we only accept exchanges with a value up to $500.

(We are also willing to grant a store credit instead of an immediate exchange, however, the combined total of exchanges and store credits cannot exceed $500.)

Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. 

We are happy to exchange your items if they are the wrong size or have a production related defect (this is any defect that would be caused prior to being shipped to and received by the customer – this EXCLUDES postal damages and customer inflicted damages). Return shipping for exchanges is free for domestic customers ONLY.  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below: 

 

  1. Please email: consciousconvergence@gmail.com
  2. In the email body please indicate the new item / design / size of the product that you are exchanging for. 
  3. Once the email is submitted you will be emailed with a pre-paid return label within 2-3 business day (for domestic exchanges only). Customers requesting International Exchanges are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.
  4. Print your return shipping label.
  5. Repack the item in the original box or similar size packaging.
  6. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH FULL NAME AND ORDER # SO WE CAN EASILY PROCESS THE EXCHANGE.
  7. Put the item in your mailbox or drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location (identified on the shipping label).

 

We will get your new item(s) shipped within 5-7 business days upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), and will e-mail updated tracking information for the exchange. 

  

RETURNS

 

Due to the fact that all of our products are HAND MADE, we only accept returns up to $350.

 

Refunds for returns will only be initiated upon RECEIVING and APPROVING the items being returned. Refunds can only be made for the ORIGINAL AMOUNT to the ORIGINAL CARD used during time of purchase. All returned funds are non-transferrable. Please allow 1-3 business days upon the initiation of your return to see a reflection of your refund in your bank account as each bank has varying times to process transactions. If your refund does not post within 10 days of receiving refund approval e-mail, please contact us by emailing: consciousconvergence@gmail.com with your name and order #.

  1. All returns are responsible for purchasing their own shipping labels. 
  2. Repack the item in the original box or similar size packaging.
  3. Please include a note with full name and Order # so we can easily process the exchange.
  4. FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:  PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees, duties or taxes associated with their order. If the customer chooses to reject the packages due to any reason, Conscious Convergence is no longer liable to provide credits, refunds or exchanges. Additionally if the package is lost in transit after being rejected by the customer, Conscious Convergence is not responsible for refunding or re-manufacturing the order.

GIFTS
